AGA Gas Yearly service - £80+vat ( existing customers only)

 

Payment must be provided to the engineer whilst on site. We can accept card payments. Unfortunately we do not accept cash payment.

When requesting a service call you will need to have the following information to hand -

The Make and Model

Date of Purchase (if still under warranty)

Dealer (if still under warranty)

Serial Number

Your address and contact number

(Your appliance serial number is normally located on the front of your user manual or around the oven door frame or on the rear of the appliance).

Engineers may ask to see your proof of purchase when visiting.

We really do not want to take your money if the problem is easy to fix but you must understand that if we are called out then the charges above will apply without exception. However, please do take a few minutes to check out
